STAY COOL: Failure is an Event, Never a Person

Failure is, in a sense, the highway to SUCCESS

People Fear that they might never “make it” doing what they are passionate about.
Fear that keeps them from following their heart.
Life is too short to let fear make big decisions for you.

It is not easy to overcome the fear of failure, but once you build up the confidence to not let fear hold you back you’ll acheive much more.

If you have made mistakes, even serious ones, there is always another chance for you. What we call failure is not the falling down but the staying down.

Failure is a learning tool. Our first reaction to failure is to blame anyone/anything but ourselves. If we perceive others are to blame, then there is nothing we can do to correct the problem. We cannot change people’s personalities, neither can they change ours. If we assume responsibility, then we can analyze what went wrong and take corrective action. This is the art of bouncing back from failure.

Lets read a story of a boy .
He grew up on a farm and might easily have remained in agriculture. But something stronger pulled at his imagination: mechanics, machinery, understanding how things worked and what new possibilities lay in store. As a young boy, he took apart everything he got his hands on. He quickly became known around the neighborhood for fixing people's watches.The boy was quite AMBITIOUS. He had a dream to open his own automobile company but the circumstances were all against him.Once he was depressed and walking through a street, he met a saint who told him:

You are Braver than you Believe, Smarter than you Seem, and Stronger than you Think

Saint's words motivated him and he finally started to made his dream come true.
It was not that he got success within few years, he failed many times, almost 5-6 times, but he never gaveup. Finally that day came when he opened his own Automobile Company. He was HENRY FORD, founder of FORD Motor Company.

A minute’s success pays the failure of years

One day you will come to believe that all your past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living.

Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.
